Yes, all appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This secures your spot and covers admin, preparation, and booking management.
Absolutely! You can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of two times before a new deposit is required.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.
No, prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months unless stated otherwise.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the deposit or full treatment fee. A new booking with a new deposit will be required.
