You can book a Skin Assessment Consultation, a Skin Consultation Treatment, a Zoom Skin Consultation, or a Morpheus Consultation with potential treatment on the day. For cosmetic injectables, a 45-minute consultation is available on its own or as part of a one-hour consultation and treatment.
Recovery time depends on the treatment. XERF typically involves minimal downtime, while RF microneedling treatments such as Morpheus8 can cause temporary redness, swelling or sensitivity for several days. Plasma Fibroblast generally involves a longer visible healing period as the treated surface recovers. Your practitioner will explain the expected downtime and aftercare for your recommended treatment during your consultation.
Yes. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, up to two times per booking before a new deposit is required. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit or the full treatment fee.
